Rapper Foxxjazell is telling all on a radio station about rapper Chingy and how he is a rapper on the down low. The tranny claims that it met Chingy at a party in 2003 and one thing led to another which left Chingy on the recieving end of the deal. Foxxjazell said the night led to Chingy on his back being anally stimulated by her.
