P90X: Day 3

Day 3, what a good day! Today was arms and shoulders day. I'm a bit burnt out because of yesterdays of yesterdays chest workout which made it hard to finish my shoulder and arm workout I do feel good especially since my holiday season consisted of eating all day long.

Todays workout was a good one and I'm excited to see the results in 87 days!

Morgan Freeman's Sexing his....Step Granddaughter

Don't hate the Player
By: M. Breeze
As by now I'm sure all of you have heard about the latest issue surrounding Morgan Freeman and his legal problems that have been popping up over the last few years. First of all do you remember the hush hush divorce between him and his wife in which he had to pay a whopping 400 million dollars. That's crazy but not as crazy as the rest of the story. According to his wife Myrna, 68, has admitted that she and Morgan have not shared a bed since 2001, and that they had an open marriage – with both Morgan and Myrna having other partners. For years, Morgan carried on an affair with former schoolteacher Mary Joyce Hays at the same time he was romancing his grand daughter E’Dena.

Apparently E'Dena is all about becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman and is trying desperately to get married. The 27 year old looks like she is on the way to securing financial freedom and I'm not mad at her. According to posts on twitter sources close to the 72-year-old actor claim that he had carried on a shocking, nearly decade-long affair with his 27-year-old step-granddaughter, E’Dena Hines. She is the granddaughter of Morgan’s first wife – whom he and his estranged second wife Myrna raised since she was a young child. The long-secret relationship led to the breakup of Morgan’s marriage. Notice how they say "nearly". Sure.....We all know that Morgan Freeman was getting some from E'Dena long before she was 17, the legal age to start molesting a child, and I bet this had some strain on the relationship.

But with all of that being said we can't be mad at old Morgan. She's a pretty girl and I'm pretty sure that she is potty-trained. Now lets leave old Morgan alone, and quit hating that his girl looks better than yours.

Khloe Kardashian Where Is Your Father!

Dangerous curves: Khloe Kardashian showed off her ample curves in new swimsuit shoot at the famous Getty Villa in Malibu yesterday
Who's Your Daddy????
By: M. Breeze

It doesn't take a genius to solve simple math, it doesn't take a hour to cook minute rice, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that it's something different about Khloe Kardashian. As we all know rumors started to fly after the widow of Robert Kardashian Sr. started a claim that Robert Sr. was not the father of Khloe Kardashian. No shit!!! It's nothing wrong with the chick, it's just she looks so much different from her sisters. Kim and Kourtney are very petite and short while Khloe, lets just say, is not. Well how can this be? According to some outside sources, Robert Kardashian often said that he know's that he is not the father of Khloe, who he believed was a love child for...another man.

Well who is this other man? I'll give you a hint. He murdered his wife and he has a white Ford Bronco. That's right O. J. Simpson is the man that I'm speaking of. Seriously look at the picture of his daughter who looks exactly like Khloe.
Well apparently Khloe is very pissed about the situation and has ran to twitter tweeting about the subject saying that Robert Kardashian is her father. Even her sister Kim says Robert is her father (like she watched him skeet in Kris). Khloe has even been offered $125,000 to take a paternity test to prove that she isn't the daughter of O. J. Simpson, Khloe has declined. Shit for a hundred grand I'd be the pappy of that baby!

A Letter To My Slave Master

Richmond Slaves
A Letter To My Slave Master
By: M. Breeze

A recent letter has been found that has been creating a buzz around the country. This isn't just any letter, this was a letter written by a slave to his former slave master. This letter was recently found and published in the New York Times. The letter was a response from a freed slave named Jourdan Anderson to his once slave master Colonel P.H. Anderson of Big Spring, Tennessee.

It's amazing to read this letter and see how Jourdan Anderson was not afraid to speak up for himself. It's amazing that the movies potray slaves and ex slaves as dumb, because of the denial of education. But when I read this letter I see words written from a man, a man who earned his freedom and was providing for his family. I love how Jourdan Anderson uses his choice of words. They sound like the same words that an educated person would use today. Even though Colonel Anderson shot at Jourdan twice he was happy to hear that the Colonel was still alive. He spoke of how he was living as a free man and explained to his ex master that his wife is addressed as miss, when in the south she would've just been called nigger. Pay attention at how he tells the Colonel about exactly how much money he owes for the years of free labor and how he forgives the way the white man treated him and his fathers.

Here is the letter:

Dayton, Ohio,

August 7, 1865

To My Old Master, Colonel P.H. Anderson, Big Spring, Tennessee

Sir: I got your letter, and was glad to find that you had not forgotten Jourdon, and that you wanted me to come back and live with you again, promising to do better for me than anybody else can. I have often felt uneasy about you. I thought the Yankees would have hung you long before this, for harboring Rebs they found at your house. I suppose they never heard about your going to Colonel Martin's to kill the Union soldier that was left by his company in their stable. Although you shot at me twice before I left you, I did not want to hear of your being hurt, and am glad you are still living. It would do me good to go back to the dear old home again, and see Miss Mary and Miss Martha and Allen, Esther, Green, and Lee. Give my love to them all, and tell them I hope we will meet in the better world, if not in this. I would have gone back to see you all when I was working in the Nashville Hospital, but one of the neighbors told me that Henry intended to shoot me if he ever got a chance.

I want to know particularly what the good chance is you propose to give me. I am doing tolerably well here. I get twenty-five dollars a month, with victuals and clothing; have a comfortable home for Mandy,—the folks call her Mrs. Anderson,—and the children—Milly, Jane, and Grundy—go to school and are learning well. The teacher says Grundy has a head for a preacher. They go to Sunday school, and Mandy and me attend church regularly. We are kindly treated. Sometimes we overhear others saying, "Them colored people were slaves" down in Tennessee. The children feel hurt when they hear such remarks; but I tell them it was no disgrace in Tennessee to belong to Colonel Anderson. Many darkeys would have been proud, as I used to be, to call you master. Now if you will write and say what wages you will give me, I will be better able to decide whether it would be to my advantage to move back again.

As to my freedom, which you say I can have, there is nothing to be gained on that score, as I got my free papers in 1864 from the Provost-Marshal-General of the Department of Nashville. Mandy says she would be afraid to go back without some proof that you were disposed to treat us justly and kindly; and we have concluded to test your sincerity by asking you to send us our wages for the time we served you. This will make us forget and forgive old scores, and rely on your justice and friendship in the future. I served you faithfully for thirty-two years, and Mandy twenty years. At twenty-five dollars a month for me, and two dollars a week for Mandy, our earnings would amount to eleven thousand six hundred and eighty dollars. Add to this the interest for the time our wages have been kept back, and deduct what you paid for our clothing, and three doctor's visits to me, and pulling a tooth for Mandy, and the balance will show what we are in justice entitled to. Please send the money by Adams's Express, in care of V. Winters, Esq., Dayton, Ohio. If you fail to pay us for faithful labors in the past, we can have little faith in your promises in the future. We trust the good Maker has opened your eyes to the wrongs which you and your fathers have done to me and my fathers, in making us toil for you for generations without recompense. Here I draw my wages every Saturday night; but in Tennessee there was never any pay-day for the negroes any more than for the horses and cows. Surely there will be a day of reckoning for those who defraud the laborer of his hire.

In answering this letter, please state if there would be any safety for my Milly and Jane, who are now grown up, and both good-looking girls. You know how it was with poor Matilda and Catherine. I would rather stay here and starve—and die, if it come to that—than have my girls brought to shame by the violence and wickedness of their young masters. You will also please state if there has been any schools opened for the colored children in your neighborhood. The great desire of my life now is to give my children an education, and have them form virtuous habits.

Say howdy to George Carter, and thank him for taking the pistol from you when you were shooting at me.

From your old servant,

Jourdon Anderson.

P90X 90 Day Journey with M. Breeze

My 90 Day Journey
By: M. Breeze
Well it's been a while since I picked up my laptop and blogged. I've been busy with work and school. But anyway over the holidays I picked up a nasty gut and appetite that was at the beginning stage of getting out of control. So I've had P90X now for about a year and I actually made it to day 17 before I broke my toe playing flag football. It's a year later and my toe still hurts but not as bad. I've committed myself to logging daily workouts as well as keeping up with the latest news.

Today was chest and back along with Ab Ripper X. Being that i've pigged out over the holidays push ups were a little rough, but I knocked them out fairly easy. Now as far as pull ups, thats a different story. To replace pull ups I do lawnmowers with 25 pounds in between push up sets. Ab ripper X has me feeling nice considering I did the first one on day 1 which i switched to plyometrics to get the blood starting on my journey.

Day 2 down. 88 left.

What Men Really Want From Women

By: M. Breeze

You and your girlfriends are at the crib taking shots before you hit the club and you put on the skirt that's real short and you are ready to drop it like it's hot. You walk in your favorite spot and the club is banging, from wall to wall all you see is people dancing. You walk over to the bar and all of the fellows are looking at you. You get approached by a handsome guy who is your age but still lives at home with mom, or the guy who has so much child support debt until it's not even funny anymore. Deadbeats, guys with no goals, babie daddies and overall sad ass boys. And then you wonder, why can't I attract a good man. Here's why.

You have to keep it in mind ladies, us men are some of the simplest creatures on this planet. Feed us, fuck us, and stroke our ego and we will conquer the world. Every man (that has ambitions) has some kind of dream in life and he wants a good strong woman by his side. The problem is now a days men disrespect women so much that it's not healthy. But is the woman disrespecting her self first? I mean really, in the eyes of a man he will judge you off of first appearance, and this will continue to be our view of you until we get the chance to know you better. You know that they say the 1st impression is everything, and I think that it lasts a lifetime. With that said, if you catch a guys attention he will remember that for a while and how you presented yourself to him at that moment is very critical. If he sees you as a beautiful woman who is well kept, and looks like she is taking care of her self that is what he will judge you by. But at the same time if he sees a jump-off that is what he'll try to treat you as.

Trust me. All men don't want what society calls a "dime" because these are usually arm trophies that men show off with. It's more like a competition between men on who has the hotter chick on their arm at the time. But men can see past all the make up, the nails, the hair, the eyes and see who you really are. This is why sometimes it's not always the beauty that draws our attention. If you are over 24 as a man we start to look for motherly qualities in a woman and how we think she would react if she has a child. We also look at how you present yourself, do you care how you are viewed? We admire a woman who is smarter than us and we really want someone that motivates us. If the woman has an advanced degree 9 times out of 10 the man she is with will want to receive one also.

Some times lady you won't get that knight in shining armor like granny used to tell you. Prince Charming won't fall into your lap, especially in today's time. Have you ever grabbed a lump of coal and buffed it until you have a diamond? It's a lot of work I assure you because at one time I was the lump of coal until my wife molded me into the stud that I am today. By far, I was no lame cat at all. It's just I had no plans with myself. I left the military for school, 3 months before Hurricane Katrina hit and that ruined my plans, forcing me to move to Atlanta to start a new life. I wasn't sure about going back to school and worked the 9 to 5 for a few years but was going nowhere. My wife (girlfriend at the time) has her Civil Engineering degree and was making damn good money. I talked to her about college and she pumped my ego balloon up and told me I can finish college and I'll be damn. I'm almost done and I have plans to return to the military as an Officer. Can you see how I now have goals. And I'm taking my wife who won't have to work once I get in along for the ride. See how things can pay off for you. Find a good brother and see what his goals are and if he doesn't have any make some for him and push push push. Sooner or later we will become the man that you want us to be.

Tom Brady Passes For 5,000 Yards

Tom Brady is the 3rd quarterback to pass for 5,000 yards, and the second this season following Drew Brees. I mean what do you want me to say. First Dan "The Man" Marino did it and then last week Drew Brees did it. Congratulations to Tom Brady but your still behind Drew Brees the league MVP!

Up And Coming Rapper: Da Christian Wit Swagga

The Christian With Swagga
By: M. Breeze
After searching and searching for a rapper that spoke their mind and speaking for what they believe in it's hard to not recognize what Atlanta Christian rapper Cswagga is doing. He walks it like he talks it, and lives the life that he raps about. I mean that's the qualities we look for in a rapper anyway right? Coming from a city that's well known for the dope game, strip clubs, murderers, and extravagant lifestlye it's good to see one brother still has he head screwed on straight. Word on the street got the chance to catch up with Cswagga and let him tell you what he has been up too.

M. Breeze: What made you decide to become a Christian Rapper? Give us an example of what motivates you.

Rico Cswagga Reese: Being from Atlanta, I have always loved listening to music which led me to play around with making beats and free styling. After I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior in 2002 I had to switch my style of music. I didn't realize that Christian rap was big at the time until I did some research on it. I thought I was doing something no else was doing (laughs).

M. Breeze: I mean in a way you are. Your flow is 100% hip hop your beats make you want to bounce around the club. But when you listen to the lyrics it's obvious that you are the hip hop voice for the Lord! How does that feel?

Rico Cswagga Reese: I guess you kind of right about that. Before I started doing Christian rap, I decided that I was going to go harder than secular artist because I felt like people didn't and don't give Christian artist a chance because there are a lot of lame Christian rap out there, just being honest. I try to use similar sounding beats as rappers today but at the same time bring power and truth within my lyrics.

M. Breeze: I've always felt that a lot of christian rappers were scared about being too "hip hop" and being judged by the people who know them. You apparently don't have that problem. You represent the everyday Christian, dreadlocks, listens to rap, cool car, you seem like an everyday type of brother.

Rico Cswagga Reese: That's what its all about right? I mean I haven't always been a Christian so I know what it feels like to be on the other side. My goal and purpose of my music is to display to non-believers and believers that it doesn't matter what you look like, what you drive, or where you from but what matter is having a relationship with God. I'm no different from everyone else just a guy that Loves God and isn't scared to show it. That's why I go by Da Christian Wit Swagga.

M. Breeze: So how did this name C-Swagga come about. That's a bold name my man. Tell us about the name.

RicoCswagga Reese: Its a funny story on how it started. Its actually started from Myspace.com site. Everyone would make up cool and creativity titles for their page like "Mr. Get Money", "Chocolate Honey", haha you know what saying (laughs). So I wanted to show everyone that I was a cool Christian. During this time the word swagg or swagga wasn't used as much as it is used now. I decide I would put "Da Christian Wit Swagga" on my page to say to everyone that Im a Christian that is a little different from the rest. I had this name before I got official with Christian rap. Before this name I would go by R2, which stood for my name Rico Reese. Da Christian Wit Swagga just sound a lot better than R2.

M. Breeze: Tell us about your ministry. What are you trying to accomplish?

Rico Cswagga Reese: The ministry is a music ministry but through it I have a vision to reach people on a national level. Our ministry which called Christian Swagga Ministries represents being bold and unashame of the name Jesus Christ. The term “Swagga” used in the ministry title means boasting ONLY in the Lord and not in ones self. Christian Swagga Ministries presents ourselves in a way that draw others to want to know the God we serve.

M. Breeze: Are there any more Christian Rappers who you would like to give a shout out to?
Rico Cswagga Reese: Oh yeah! Its so many but let me name some folks that has helped me along the way. I want to give a shout out to DJ Network, he invited me to a show which was my first performance. Also shout out to Marc Griffin, Threat, G-Status, Tommy D, and club 316 for the start. Also shout to all the ministry members, my brother ATL Hitman, April, my mother, Elonda, and everyone who has supported the ministry.

We appreciate Cswagga for taking the time to sit down and do this interview today. You have to respect what the man is doing and what he stands for. In a way the kid is a breath of fresh air. Use your gift my dude and keep being a gangsta for the Lord.
