Catching Crappie Fish In The Winter

Crappie is a panfish that are found in lakes, streams, ponds, and rivers all over the country. Crappie fishing is a sport that the entire family can enjoy. All the anglers know that they can easily go down to the lake a catch a bucket full in no time as long as it's warm outside.

But what about the winter months? Personally, I haven't had any luck when it comes to winter crappie fishing. Crappie tend to bite in the winter, just not as much in the same spots that they do so frequent in the summer months. You just have to know where to fish for them. Crappie tend to move to deeper water as the winter months come forward. That's good news if you have a boat. But what about the bank fisherman, the guy who stops at the lake after a hard day of work or the father checking his kids out of school to fish on the lake? Don't worry there is bound to be a spot of deep water along the bank that is a breeding ground for crappie. FIND IT!!! Don't be afraid to fish up to 30 feet if the water is deep enough!

We all know that the crappie has a favorite food which is the good old minnow. Believe me when I tell you that you can't go wrong with this choice of bait. But keep in mind that it is winter and things can get slow, but slow is good!

With the way that Hip Hop is going now a days it's very rare that you find a true MC. That won't be the case here. Today we are profiling Atlanta rapper Mucho Friio, who has been creating a buzz in his city. The 27 year old rapper creates a demeanor that commands attention,as well as delivering quality sounding music, something that is missing in hip hop today.

Finding Mucho Friio to get an interview with was a story in itself. When I approached Friio after viewing one of his hits on youtube "Good Gosh O Moley" which features fellow Atlanta rapper Mr. 285 and asked him if he minded if I do an article on him the humbled artist simply answered "Naw, I don't mind at all bro, that will be cool." Word On The Street is that the big homie is living like he is preaching, unlike a majority of other rappers who decide to pick up the mic and let the world hear their word vomit. And the dude got like 10,000 twitter followers, and you can follow him @muchofriio. Go ahead and check out the whole Kuntry Klub movement for yourself. U. S. Sailors And Snythetic Weed

With the stress that U.S. Sailors and Marines face over seas they are starting to turn to synthetic marijuana for that "buzz" of the moment I should say. Apparently the rising concern of one particular brand which is known as SPICE has the pentagon concerned about the rising numbers of reported use. The military has also launched a serious operation against those Sailors and Marines who use the synthetic marijuana. Look at these numbers. 2 years ago 29 Sailors and Marines turned positive for use of the banned substance. This year alone there were a documented number well over 700. The Air Force has punished 497 airmen so far this year, compared to last year's 380, according to figures provided by the Pentagon. The Army does not track Spice investigations but says it has medically treated 119 soldiers for the synthetic drug in total.

Personally I've never smoked Spice and I don't plan on doing it. Synthetic Marijuana lol, are you serious? But I do know people who do and most of them are on probation are who have jobs that require drug testing and they don't want to get caught smoking marijuana and risk losing their jobs. Understandable, well if that's the case then don't smoke it or don't judge those who do. With the amount of stress these guys face on a daily basis they deserve some kind of fun. Beer equals to DWI's so what are they to do? I guess that we can all just be normal????

Man Tried To Bring A Loaded Gun On A Plane

A man tried to board a Delta Airlines flight with a loaded handgun. Not winning. 26 year old Anthony Winn tried to board a flight with a loaded 9mm Glock in his carry on. The ass also had over $30,000 in cash in him and in some jeans in his carry on bag. So dude was arrested and was charged with a felony for having a firearm as well as "pending charges" that have yet be found. He claims that he had no idea the money or the gun was in the bag and he was bringing the bag to a friend of his. Winn also had two felony burglary charges as well.

Let's just say that this wasn't the smartest guy alive. I think a little prison time is in Anthony Winn's future and that money belonged to me! The Fedz don't believe he had terrorist motives, they believe he was simply dumb.

USA-Iran War Very Likely

Whether you know it or not the USA doesn't care for Iran. Remember that rescue mission that America failed to pull off early in the 80's? Well things haven't been right since. And now after the drone that America lost to Iran, which will offer the new technology to Anti-American governments, Iran is threatening to shut down the Strait of Hormuz. This would be a punch in the stomach to America, since this is a global trade spot for oil. The U.S. Navy has warned Iran that this will not be tolerated.

This is my personal opinion. I think Iran supported the insurgents that fought in Iraq against U.S. forces and they continue to support terror. If Israel attacks Iran, which it has threatened to do, India will also attack which will leave America no choice but to attack. If Iran doesn't want another WW3 I suggest that they don't block this strait.

There has been no official reports but according to mediatakeout.com "a celebrity VIP" checked into St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital on the Upper West Side of Manhattan Tuesday night to give birth. We also hear that this is the same suite that R&B singer Alicia Keys had her baby.

So far I can't confirm this to be true, but I believe the due date is right around the corner. I hope everything goes well for B!

The jacket was released for sale yesterday and can only be purchased at only 1 online store. Also only buyers in the U.S. can purchase this coat.

But for real though, I had to ask what makes a jacket sell for $4,900? It could be the buffalo leather or maybe the 24 karat gold plateware, the silk interior, or maybe it's the hood that comes with removable fox fur. Number 1 ranked LSU is doing more than winning on the field. They are winning on the recruitment side also. The top ranked high school quarterback Gunner Kiel has announced to the public that he has chosen LSU as his school of choice and has plans to enroll next month. Kiel, 6-foot-4 and 220 pounds, is a five-star player and the No. 18 ranked overall recruit. As a senior he threw for 2,523 yards and 28 touchdowns, leading Columbus (Ind.) East High to the state semifinals. He looks like he wants to keep winning and is choosing to lead the LSU Tigers in the future. I was watching the All American High School Game recently and saw that we had signed another QB also. I do believe that he was the second ranked quarterback in high school.

Since he has not signed a letter of commitment LSU can't comment on his decision and he can still change his mind. LSU will be loosing both of the senior quarterbacks that they use at equal intervals. This can open up the starting spot to Kiel as well as the other quarterbacks that the Tigers have.

Prior to starting classes at LSU, Kiel will participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas, on Jan. 7. Make sure to watch it so we can see what other recruits that we have recruited.

Police name suspect in Slim Dunkin Murder

The late rapper Notorious B.I.G.’s seemingly prophetic song, “You’re Nobody Until Somebody Kills You,” comes to mind as Atlanta’s underground rap scene grieve over the death of rapper Slim Dunkin, 24.
Dunkin, real name Mario Hamilton, was virtually unknown to the rest of us outside of the underground scene, until he was killed.
Police say Hamilton was shot once in the chest — reportedly over a piece of candy at a southeast recording studio on Dec. 16.
Hamilton, who was 6-8, towered over his shorter assailant who produced a gun and shot Hamilton. Friends loaded the mortally wounded rapper into a car and rushed him to Grady hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

How could we ever forget the Casey Anthony Trail. The years that dragged on before she was announced innocent by an Orlando, Fl judge recently. I wonder how life has been for the mother whom millions believe she killed her daughter. But she has been proven innocent and that's what it is. O.J. got away and so did she, that's the American Judicial System for you. But she isn't off that easy. She has received a lawsuit from the meter man who discovered the bag with the remains of the child in it.

Well the man is suing for damages, saying that Casey Anthony's defence team slandered his character and accused him of being a murderer, a child snatcher, and accused him of finding and keeping Caylee's body and then placing the remains where they were found. That same lawyer also told the juror that the child accidentally drowned in the family pool.

This isn't the first time she's being sued. Remember Zenaida Gonzalez, the lady Casey said kidnapped her daughter? She is suing Casey as well by claiming that prosecutors ruined her life because of the blame that was placed on her as well as the numerous death threats. And don't forget Texas EquuSearch, who conducted a 5 month manhunt for the baby, they also want their money back. It looks like the young mother has a lot on her plate to swallow, after swallowing her pride I think she can handle anything else.

The Congressman was overheard in an airport talking about the body size of the 1st Lady. "She lectures us on eating right while she has a large posterior herself." Not only was Jim attacking the body shape of Mrs. Obama he  was also attacking her healthy living campaign. The funny thing is that this congressman is "fatter than a muthafucka" but he has the nerves to talk about Michelle. This is the first 1st Lady who actually looks good. If I had to look at Barbara Bush's ugly ass one more year I might have committed suicide, real talk.

The obese congressman, who we predict heart problems in the future, has also been quoted as saying "The problem is, and dare I say this, it doesn't look like Michelle Obama follows her own nutritionary, dietary advice...I'm trying to say that our First Lady does not project the image of women that you might see on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue or of a woman Alex Rodriguez might date every six months or what have you."

Andre Curry, 21, of the 6100 block of South Racine Avenue has been charged with aggravated domestic battery for taping the mouth of his daughter and bounding her wrists and then posting the photo on Facebook. Once Curry put the pictures up he must have realized that this was a dumb idea and then he took it down. Authorities had already been notified and they are working on the case. Curry is behind bars and awaiting bond. The caption from the  Facebook picture read "This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back."

Even though I know the kid was joking around you have to be careful about what you place on Facebook now-a-days. It can prevent you from getting a job and even get you arrested.  This is another example of how us black fathers need to do a better job at raising our kids. Be smart my brothers. Don't fall into the categories that society have placed for you. Sex, Drugs, Entertainment.

At least 14 bomb blasts have ripped through the Iraq capitol city this morning killing 60 people. The blasts are believed to be link to the departure of the American forces as well as the instability in the political government. The Iraqi government which consists of both Sunni and Shite Muslims who often don't agree with each other and I personally believe this may be the brink of a civil war in Iraq....again.

A Filipino woman tenderly caressed her five-day-old daughter on Thursday as she recounted how she had given birth on the roof of a submerged medical clinic at the height of the storm and floods that killed more than 1,000 people.

Rapper Killed Over Candy

Bricksquad affiliate Slim Dunkin was killed in Atlanta, Ga. The murder wasn't over rap beef or kilos of cocaine or even a sleezy video vixen, but a small peice of candy. Apparently Slim Dunkin, 20, snatched a piece of candy out of another man's hand when things got out of control. The shooting occured hours before he was to appear in a Gucci Mane video.
